The penthouse features a gourmet kitchen, a large living room and dining area, a master suite, a guest bedroom, an office/den with sleep sofa, two full baths and a laundry room. The cottage has two bedrooms, two baths, a living/dining area with a queen sofa and a laundry room. Two large decks, an enclosed outdoor shower, a private courtyard with a gas grill and a picnic table round out the amenities. All accommodations offer WiFi, DVD players, linens and daily maid service. Bicycles and golf carts are for rent. Boat dockage is available upon request.
