We took a quick trip a quick trip to Blue Bayou Sport Fishing Of Guatemala. Capt. Rob had the pleasure of running the Sails Call in the 9th Annual Guatemala Billfish Invitational. We are also booking trips for next season in Ocracoke- they make great Christmas gifts!
First try for the Sweet Potato Roll. (different than sweet potato biscuit) These were pretty good but I think the cinnamon-honey whipped butter was the big hit that topped it off.
