Beach Outfitters rents bikes, beach equipment, cottage needs, baby gear and other convenience items too cumbersome to pack. Their bikes come in three different sizes and are available hourly, daily or weekly. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, high chairs, cribs, charcoal grills, clam rakes, coolers and steamer pots are just some of the other items available. Free delivery and pick-up is available for all orders more than $100 (Ocracoke Island delivery only). Orders less than $100 incur a $20 delivery charge. Advance orders online allow the convenience of delivery and pick-up from your rental house. If you need to rent something for the day, you can stop by their location across from Pony Island Inn to pick it up. They’re open seven days a week in season.
