Captain Rob Orr
A US Coast Guard licensed captain, Rob Orr has been fishing the waters off of the Carolina coast professionally for over 15 years. His extensive fishing experience includes a wide range of fishing types and styles. Whether he's fishing the billfish tournament circuit, chasing cobia along the beach or fishing the ever-changing conditions of the Gulf Stream, Captain Rob is at home on the water.
The Free Ranger
The Free Ranger is a 46′ custom-built Buddy Cannady sportfisher. Powered by a 2020 750 horsepower John Deere diesel engine, she provides a fast and reliable cruise. In fact, at 24 knots, she is the fastest in the Ocracoke charter fishing fleet. That means less time running and more time fishing!
