Back by popular demand, Yoga en Español returns as a welcoming, all-levels class led entirely in Spanish. Open to the whole Ocracoke community, this gentle, health-focused practice creates space for both Spanish- and English-speaking participants to connect. Led by Sarah Shellow, a Yoga Alliance–certified instructor with over 25 years of experience, classes focus on mindful movement, breath, and relaxation through accessible poses.
